For the second time i didnt get any of the allegiance leaderboard rewards while everyone else on the server did, and i sent a proof that i participated but got nothing and all you can say is there is nothing you can do and my report was sent to the team? Seriously?

  I see your ticket has already been reviewed and answered by an agent. If you do not believe you received a satisfactory response, you may open up a new help request in-game so an agent can review your case again.
