    I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing extreme connectivity lag with your game-play; but to help with support, would you be able to provide your Ticket Numbers so that way they are readily available?

    There are all the screenshots and detailed explanation of the issue with the statement of my credit card.

    Hi, nothing is solved. The ticket was closed prematurely. I was sending all the scren shots and the related problems on the same tickets. Today I got another email which is exactly the same automated reply which I received in the response of the first ticket.
