    When it comes to refunds:

    For iOS you will have to contact Apple for more information

    For Android refunds can only be processed if you did not receive your purchase. If you did not receive your purchase, please contact the support team.

    You hope I find your threat useful? Why on God's green earth would you threaten a paying customer. I've spent $75 just this week alone on this game. Because y'all can't keep your game running, you throw around threats when your customers aren't happy. You can throw around threats all you want pal you ain't going to scare me I am not a kid that might scare some kids but you're not going to scare adults like that and you shouldn't be trying to bully me or anybody else. That is the most shameful response I've ever gotten from any customer service representative anywhere in the world, that I've been and that includes Iraq. So now because of that it has to escalate, now I need to figure out how to contact Google Play and show them this to tell them that you're intimidating and bullying the people. Just so you know there are some states that cyberbullying is outlaw. And I'm going to be looking into that too at a minimum this is unfair business practice.

    I can assure you it was not a threat or in no means meant as bullying. I was simply advising you that "the items will be removed from your inventory and the worst case your account will be banned entirely" There have been cases in the past of players abusing refunds.

    I apologise if my post came across as threatening, I was trying to be informative.

    Oh and on the restaurant thing imagine her saying that about your mashed potatoes and then saying and I'm going to have to talk to my manager we might have to kick you out of our establishment permanently
