Hi games I’m House Barnes I’ve been playing this game for a while now and have in general been happy it has been a escape for me and a chance to meet other gamers I was constantly online and I have spent 1000’s of British pounds on packs and had gotten myself inside the top ten I’m my kingdom and was in a very good alliance how ever about 3 1/2 months ago I couldn’t access my account this problem continued for almost 3 months as a result of this I lost everything troops resources playing time and position I managed to get back into my account to lots of maintenance messages and such I posted my issues and emailed my issue and sent tickets even spoke with a few member within our game whom some had said had had the same issue and was given compensation for there loss so I waited for my reply and I waited to be finally fobbed off with “we are sorry you couldn’t access you account “ now as I’ve stated in many of my tickets emails and posts my issue can be checked as to can my account and activity and spending now if this is the case and the issue I faced others faced to how can I be ignored and not treated the same ???? Well I think it is because I’ve purchased packs in passed present and the devs feel I should buy more to recoup what was lost ! Well I cannot and should not be expected to do this as this was not my fault and it’s an issue fault your end so how can you treat me different please explain to me
