    I’m unable to connect to the game. And when I do, the game is extremely laggy. I have an iPhone and I have reinstalled the game to see if helps. It didn’t. I have also tried connecting through WiFi and cell service, same thing happens.


    Something is going wacky with the servers.

    Same here android user. Tried using WiFi and mobile data, doesn't even get to the first load wheel

    Okay every single time I try to log in after your new update, I can't even get past the loading screen. As a matter of fact, it never even begins to load! This is now the third update in a row you have put out that has caused this! It appears my power has dropped, and I'm completely unable to log in so if I'm being attacked, I can't do anything because of your update. I have shields...I'd appreciate if something was done about this constant server stability issue. I missed the pine event last time because of this and now I'm going to miss the brick event! It seems awfully convenient that you all choose these updates on pine, and brick day. You know...only some of the most sought after and costly items on the game. It seems there's some foul play involved there...I hope you will actually DO something about this rather than give me a generic response, and offer me horrible compensation that doesn't match the frustrations I have put up with due to this games bugs.

    I've already submitted a ticket and today I'll be contacting Google about this as well. The ticket ID is #202288

    The game is buggier than an ants nest battling a wasps nest. So I'm reporting all of the bugs.

    Support is a joke.

    Well, it always has been... overcompensation was a brutal issue that singlehandedly messed up entire servers... but now the pendulum has swung much too far in the other direction.

    Bugs are everywhere, and well-documented. Invisible shields, invincible creatures, rally errors, march errors, you name it, it breaks frequently.

    Players are zeroed because updates cause lockout issues.

    And supports response is consistently either a fraction of the value lost, or no response at all.

    These bugs are real, identifiable, unavoidable, and costing players REALLY money. And support does nothing but sit back and say 'thanks, we've forwarded your message to the development team to look into', if you're lucky enough to get a response at all.

    Players should be fairly compensated for losses resulting from glitchy, buggy game play... why is support so regularly out of touch?

    Yup, game turned to absolute **bleep** today. Been trying to farm bricks all day and get nothing back at this point. My marches won’t even send out most of the time
