    I'm sorry to hear you didn't receive your keystones from a pack, the support team is very busy at the moment but they will get back to you as soon as possible. In the mean time I would ask that you don't create any new tickets as the first ticket you sent is the one the team will respond to.

    How long can I wait? It's been a few days. What did I pay for? Where's my keystone? All my friends have already been answered!!!

    Dont be surprized if it takes a while... i submitted .. took a few days.. got asked to send SS proving purchase... sent SS... got sent a message basically listing what the pack contained and thankin me for playing like i was some kind of idiot... and thats where i am at now.

    You have to keep jumpin thru hoops several times before getting your situation addressed... unfortunately as with any customer service in this day and age you get good and bad CS reps... most just guve you the runaround till you go away but keep at it cause they do have have a few excellent representatives that actually do take the time to look into it and help you out.

    Id suggest opening another ticket and hope ya get lucky
