    19, 20 ,21 ,22 ... All after the computer was off... come on... Three tickets with no answers now... thisis gonna become a Google problem today...

    What is the average response time from Customer Service? It's been over 24 hours. 

    Really disappointing to see the other complaint but at least he got some type of response.

    Hi ,

     

    I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the game being unstable; however, in this case, creating multiple tickets to attempt to receive a response faster will not speed up the response time. This actually does the opposite, and can cause the agents assisting you to lose track of vital information when handling your ticket down the line due to the ticket being disorganized.

     

    Customer Support will respond to your ticket as soon as they are able to. If you are experiencing an extremely long wait time (i.e. three or more business days), you can post your Ticket ID(s) here so that way that someone can look into it.

    The only reason I have multiple tickets is due to the nature that tickets are handled. I.E. - Feedback/Bug/Technical

     

    I didn't understand which one to post a ticket to - I read here about the differences for a response. I hadn't really come here for much of anything until this situation.

     

    755274 is my original ticket.

     

    I've been responding with the counting number of crashes I've had. I wasn't trying to "bump" my issue by making posts here. But I get how that can annoy people. My response is simple - I'm more annoyed and they were updates - not meant to bump - meant to show in real time the issue I'm dealing with. We live in an instant age. So while I'm not sorry it annoyed you - I won't make an update unless it has substance. 

     

    We're at 28 crashes now since PvP started the other night. Basically any time I drop shields and start hunting - so it could be worse if I hadn't bubbled up and called it a day - which does not induce me to spend money. I see several other complaints that show a lack of response and that worries me. I know that some people abuse the system - but you'll see this is the first time I've made a stink even though I've had issues previously. 

     

    I spend moderately on this game. I'd spend more but this very issue has been worrying me because other players warned me when they saw me spending what I was. They said "The game will crash and you'll lose everything. WB won't care either". I finally have an issue and poof. What am I supposed to think when I see so many posts that seem to have no resolution? 

     

    Anyways - I'll keep updating. I'll keep reading what others say. I'll go back and read a little more of posts to see what it's really like for users. 

     

    As a piece of friendly advice from one mod to another - show some of these issues resolved - as in get the person who made the original post to say - "It's been resolved, Thanks so much" and people like me will be more patient. If a customer won't do it - THEN I'LL gladly do it if this is resolved - because as a customer - when a business makes a mistake but corrects it to satisfaction - the company does deserve respect for stepping up. I know not enough people do that anymore.

     

    So thank you for responding - hopefully this gets pushed up. I can be made whole. And then I can post it to the world that things were handled well. Here's hoping.

    As an update to the community.

     

    Customer Service has contacted me. I have responded. So the ball is in their court. 

     

    I'm at 33 crashes now - the number would be higher but I've shielded up and decided to wait out my resolution with WB. 

     

    I have done all the steps for making sure my system is in the best shape to run GOTC. It's the only thing I use my phone for anymore. So this isn't an issue of something else interfering with GOTC on my phone.

    yeah they rarely help and the link of possible solutions is way outdated. Some even go on to tell you to try it on a new different device. as if we have money to buy a new one. I once lost the equivalent to over 80k gold from a glitch and they just gave me 6000 gold in "goodwil" . They really dont care and there excuse is "we are trying to balance the game". How would me getting attacked, the game glitching and me losing time and resources balance the game when spending players attack and I get no compensation for it.

    I'm sure you will find similar requirements of developers in ALL stores that sell apps. 

     

    The game won't stop crashing. I am now focusing my Discord Server to file complaints as WE ARE ALL EXPERIENCING THIS and you're not doing anything WB.

     

    I WILL NOT STOP until you fix these issues and compensate players with actual compensation. Not this pittance you call compensation. 

     

    So say hello to thousands of complaints to Google for not providing users with a stable app.

    Sad, I can’t get anyone to even reply to my post on here. Customer service told me to get quicker resolution from the game team to post on here yet no response from anyone.
