    please I beg of you to not only have atleast the decency to respond back to me at your earliest convenience, but fix this issue immediately and reimburse me in the game or refund all my purchases! like I said this is my escape from reality! I love this game and have poured my heart and soul into this game and trust you'll do the right thing and answer my cries for help after being forced to endure this devastating loss due to something as dumb as a shield bug!!! please don't let me down! if you truely stand behind your words of your game, then you as devs should honor your responsibilities as the shield that guards the realm of men! no matter how small they are! I can only pray for the mother's mercy, and wish you well in the wars to come! valar morghulis!!!

    I will take this as far as I have to until I get the results I've been pleading for from the wrong you've done to me!!! even if it's means spamming you all in game with multiple tickets a day, ot on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram! please don't make me take it up to the point of having to go my bank and dispute my charges due to you not being able to provide me with the means to protect my investment! I'm not asking for anything than for y'all as DEVS to respond to me asap and fix this problem that y'all glitchy game created while I continue suffering the consequences of my lost investment!

    Please do not open more support tickets, this will only delay support as tickets are answered in the order they are received. Creating new tickets will not speed up a response.

    If you have updates to the same ticket, please reply to the automatically generated email that is sent when your ticket is created.

    hey so I've already submitted multiple tickets to the DEVS and still no response! I got zeroed in k80 during the recent maintenance down time due to a shield bug from this glitchy game! I lost over 19m power and over 1.5m t8s alone! this is unacceptable from my cries for help to continue unanswered after all the time, money and effort I out into this game! I love this game and it's my escape from reality just like any other of the millions of players as well! it's not right for y'all to keep ignoring me! I refuse to spend another dime on this game until you address this issue immediately and reimburse fix this wrong that has been forced upon me due to your lack of concern for the little people such as myself while y'all eat the food that the very same little people such as myself provide for yall!!!!

    look I totally understand and I'm not trying to be a pain in the ass, that's the last thing I want to do is bother you all more than what's necessary, but this problem is critical to me and is held to the upmost important in my eyes! I know it takes time I understand that! but realize it's very frustrating to me being kept in the dark! I'm just trynna atleast get a response from y'all!

    like I said before guys this loss that I've been forced to endure due to a shield bug is devastating! I'm not rich by any means but I choose to invest my hard earned money that I could have easily spent somewhere else such as rent or my car, etc! but this game is so important to me, its my escape from reality! please don't let me down and atleast keep me updated! please and thank you!
