Bug when game launches

    I've been experiencing the same issue starting yesterday as well. Not only annoying but very inconvient. This game is won and lost in moments, being able to shield, getting to a rally in time, sending a reinforcement. Having to go through Tyrion and Baelish tutorial, each and everytime you want to log in, change gear, or otherwise just do anything, is terrible and frustrating. Have tried all fixes as well, submitted ticket remains unhelped.

    Yeah I just submitted a ticket and I’m asking around and so far this is only affecting iPhone users so far that I’ve talked to in my alliance. And I know that Android users had issues last month with game issues too

    I didn't really have any problems last month, but I'm on Android and this is killing me :'(. Can't have any sense of urgency when everytime going in is your first time.

    I know there were several android users having issues they the game keep crashing caused a lot of issues for them. They got zeroed and farmed because they couldn’t log in to pop a shield. But I’m not the only having the issue with the new player messages popping up every time we open, I’m telling everyone to submit tickets who is having this issue. But it’s really annoying and taking to much of my time to go through them all

    3days later and no help from gameteam, no response in here. Same issue, more frustration. No just inconvenience, the forcing of the Baelish 'you joined an allegiance' prompt, then must click series of prompts, which all load before the initial 'Special Pack' pop up, makes the game glitchy from the start as if I'd been in game for hours,moving all around the map and swapping gear and teleporting. The quality of gameplay is just terrible from the beginning and there is no 'reset the app' fix because it just restarts the problem.

    I have the same problem, I can't clear the tutorial messages. I get Baelish every time I open the game, and tyrion pops up telling me about my profile every time I want to switch gear or check daily events.

    At this point its basically just a farce. The fact that they are actually willing to accept people's money for a product this terrible tells you everything you need to know.

    For at least one week every single time I open the game the Tutorials keep popping up even after I went through all of it. It's seriously compromising my experience.

    Thanks for adding it to the bug list, and for taking the time to reply back Wb_Maegon. I do have another concern though about the time it took to receive a response to my post. I’m happy that you replied but it was two days. I mean I understand that you and your team do receive a lot of complaints but issues like this make me feel like either I’m not spending enough money to be valued when I have issues or WB receives and reviews complaints and issues but don’t reply or push them till there’s so many people complaining about a bug or glitch. Just from what I’ve seen from going through old forums

    Glad to hear that its fixed! If anyone else is still experiencing this issue, please check the store for the latest update.

     

    When it comes to response times, our CS team operates seven days a week but much of the rest of the studio is closed over the weekend. Moderators did take note of this thread on Sunday and I was able to respond first thing Monday morning.

    I’m still having to go through all the pop up messages and I also submitted a ticket with customer service the same day I posted this in the forum. No one from customer service has sent me a email or tried contacting me reference code for my support ticket is M7MRJP

    When I log into the game it also tells me I do not any previous game tickets submitted. I do not mean to be difficult I just wish I could play the game without having to send 5 minutes going through all the messages. And I use a iPhone 7 Plus if that could help with solving this issue most of the people I know from my alliance in k109 also use a iPhone. And I’m glad the game is working for you @LuckyWarlock but I am still having issues with my game
