    Logged in after maintenance was done, 15 secs later the game just closed. I uninstalled, reinstalled got through the start game crap, switched to my account, closed again,. Game just crashes at the loading screen, Everytime.

    Samething for me. can log in after several attempt. then the game close by itself after a minute

    Ever since the maintenance was completed today my game has been crashing constantly. I'm on android and the software and the GoT app are the most up to date versions. Are others having this problem?

    Sending in a tickets just gets the usual, reinstall copy and paste jargon. It's something on WBs side thats screwed from whatever they did during maintenance.

    I have submitted a ticket but I guess it's to early for a response as I got the auto reply.

    Android OS. Samsung Note 8, my game is the most up to date app available in the Playstore. I can be in the middle of a rally, farming creatures, writing in KC, anything and the app suddenly closes itself. You log back in as if things are normal and a few minutes after it does it again. Sometimes when logging in it begins the loading process and just shuts itself down. It does this over and over. Several times when writing in KC the screen freezes. I have to completely close the app and restart for it to unfreeze and I have to retype my message. Other than completely closing the app and restarting thats the only resolution I have tried so far. One time when it closed itself out I noticed upon logging back in my RSS had been taken down to my protected level causing me to lose millions in food and wood. I have commented in that thread also as the problem isn't isolated to the player that created the thread.

    Which version of Android are you running? 7.1.1 ('Nougat') or 8.0 ('Oreo')?

    So I have been getting kicked all night since the update.

    I have Android version 8.1 Last update was July 5th
    Game updated yesterday for new crafting set up. (Btw much better)
    I have cleared cache and reset phone a few times.

    I can log in shortly sometimes but most of the time I get kicked at the loading screen. Very frustrated at the moment.

    Hello. I am having trouble logging into the game. I've tried restarting my phone, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and it just keeps happening.

    I have merged your thread here. The team have been made aware that players are unable to log into the game. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

    Same issue for me this morning. I'm using Android 8.0.0 on an up to date Sony XZ2. Done all the steps to uninstall and restart but game keeps crashing every few mins or immediately on login. Good testing before release :)

    Since yesterday I'm struggling to login to the game on android.

    Crashes durin login.  Sometimes If I keep trying I get in, but could crash after a few mins, then back to the login crash process.

    The game is unplayable for many android users atm.

    Also unable to run app following maintenance yesterday.
    Game starts, last msg I get is 'Opening the door' than app closes.
    Tried about a dozen times.
    Android 7, latest version of game.
    Frustrating.

    Same thing happening to me still, i was able to get into game then it shut down. I can get in game less than half the times i have tried. Brand new phone on friday and after update it has given me issues

    @winndale any update? Now if I get to log in as soon as the app opens and gets to the Bolton gear pack to buy the app shuts down so I can't even get in to play now.

    Want to try and bring this to the urgent attention to the mods. There is a very good chance that people will be attacked and lose troops and resources because they are unable to login or stay logged in long enough to shield. And since this is likely on some issue with the client it's going to be very difficult to verify from customer service. In other words people will be zeroed from an issue that they cannot control and WBI will not be able to determine that this was because they couldn't log in or simple carelessness. Since the policy is to limit reimbursement you will have people who are not compensated for those losses. This is very much like the issue right after the merge when people were unable to login and people had this happen to them. I think this needs to be resolved immediately as well as accompanied by either a relaxing of those standards or a 24 hour shield across the board.
