    I have submitted ticket after ticket including options on how to correct. Nothing. If these issues aren't corrected before another stack of new features are added, the game will be unplayable. We have K26-30 zeroing themselves in our kingdom because of the frustration. One thing when you don't know a problem exists. Another when you willfully ignore issues hoping they fix themselves. Sad because it could be a really good game.

    I did not get an email. I filled form out in game as usual, but never received an email

    I've received several emails and responses but they are all the same. Reboot your phone or we are looking into it with no update. I've sent the same issues in for the last week and nothing has improved. It isn't the device. I play 3 different keeps on 3 different devices, both apple and android, and have the same problems along with half my alliance and kingdom. Feel free to read KC in our kingdom and you will see just how bad the issues are sadly.

    The best response in recent days? Make sure to have a strong WiFi connection. At work the wifi modem is on my desk and at home it's on my computer desk. How much stronger of a connection do I need? Please stop trying to blame us and our wifi connections on your game bugs. It's insulting.
