Tell us all about the origins of your character in Game of Thrones: Conquest! Discuss the history of your house and your rise to power. Chat with other characters from Westeros and beyond in an effort to make peace treaties and find more allies. Tell stories of heroic deeds and heartbreaking betrayals, all in an in-universe tone and manner.
All posts must be made to sound in-universe for the Game of Thrones setting. Some flexibility is allowed but your post must be made with the intent to roleplay.
If you must add a “real world” comment, do so with the preface tag of “OOC” meaning Out Of Character. Please do this sparingly.
Example: “OOC - I really like how your described your keep. Nice job!”
Questions about allegiances, troops, banners, or any in-game features can be made in-character and are not seen as breaking character so long as modern terms are limited. For example, asking about Allegiance tags or Kingdom numbers are fine so long as an attempt is made to RP.
Example: “My, what a tale! What of the many Westeros Kingdoms are you from?” or “In which of the Kingdoms did this happen?”
Posts unrelated to this thread will be moved to its relevant topic. If someone is noted to be frequently posting non-RP topics in this thread, they will be given a warning. If anyone is suspected of deliberate trolling or antagonizing RPers on this thread, they will be immediately warned or given a temporary ban, and their comments removed. Any continuation of negative behavior will be subject to disciplinary action.
Keep it PG. Insults and “Calling-out” rival houses are both MOSTLY acceptable so long as it’s done in-world and with limited swearing. Calling someone a knave or hedge-born is fine, but just because The Hound said something in the show, doesn’t mean you can repeat it here.
No adult-themed content. Similar to the post above, but this deserves its own note. Do not post anything that would violate our TOS on the forums or in-game. Again, just because it happened in the show (or the books) doesn’t mean you can post it here. If you’re unsure if it’s acceptable, then don’t post it. This includes any discussion of brothels or those of similar employ.
