To view your purchase history, visit your Profile in-game by clicking on your Avatar Icon and then tapping Settings > Purchase History. Tapping on a pack will display its contents, the platform it was purchased on, and the time it was delivered. Only purchases made within the past 2 weeks will be displayed here.
Note: Purchase history does not include any Allegiance Gifts that were granted to your allegiance as a result of purchasing a pack. Daily Delivery or Reward Passes do not display individual per-day contents.
Times listed on the in-game Purchase History are when the items were delivered to your inventory. This can differ from the time listed on your purchase receipt from the App Store or GooglePlay Store. If you wish to view your official purchase receipts, please see the instructions for purchases made from the App Store, and for purchases made from GooglePlay.
It may take 2 hours for packs to be displayed in your purchase history. If you do not see your purchase after several hours check that you are connected to a strong internet connection and try restarting your device.
If the purchase was made from a different device, please repeat these steps on that device, and leave the game open for several minutes to allow the transaction to finish processing.
