Most often, this is due to playing on multiple devices or playing multiple profiles on the same device. If you are playing on multiple devices or profiles, you will generally only receive notifications on one device or profile, not necessarily the one you are currently using.
If you are not seeing notifications outside of the game or are encountering a delay, please perform these steps before contacting Customer Support:
- Go into Game of Thrones: Conquest settings and disable all notifications under the "Notifications" area of Game Options
- Go to your device settings for notifications and disable notifications for Game of Thrones: Conquest
- Reboot your device
- Restart your device and go to your device settings for notifications and re-enable notifications for Game of Thrones: Conquest
- Launch the game, and enable notifications again in the Game Options area of in-game settings
