If you're not able to log into or start the DELOS Park Training Simulation, we've found some tips for you in the DELOS Employee Handbook.
First, if the download or security panel progress bars appear to be stuck, please allow up to a minute for the Security Panel to finish updating and allow you into the simulation.
If the Security Panel still has not progressed further or allowed you into the Simulation after waiting a little while, please try closing out the Westworld app on your mobile device entirely. You can typically do this by double-tapping the home button on your phone and swiping the Westworld application image away from your screen when images of running applications appear.
Next, if DELOS Park Training Simulation is having problems downloading necessary data, you may be able to download this over a WiFi network instead of your cellular network. To test this, please try connecting to an available secure WiFi network with your mobile device, such as the network at your home or office.
Once you're connected to the WiFi network, try opening the Westworld app again and see allow the Security Panel a minute or two to finish loading the Park Simulation and downloading necessary data.
