Contacting Customer Support is easy!
To contact Customer Support from within the game, open your in-game Settings menu by tapping on the Gear icon in the top-right corner of your screen.
Tap the “Contact Us” button to open the ticket submission window. Fill in your email address, select your Issue type from the drop-down menu, and provide a brief description of your issue in the field provided.
Note that by selecting a field other than “Feedback” or “Bug Report,” your help request will go to a Customer Service Agent for review. If you would like to submit feedback about the game or report a bug, select either “Feedback” or “Bug Report” as your Issue type. Please be aware that while all feedback and bug reports are reviewed by the appropriate teams, you will not receive a direct response.
